The apartment was clean, cozy & warm. It was perfect for our group to gather comfortably, especially the two bathrooms!
The issue we had was the constant thundering noise that echoed throughout the apartment. We think it was wind or something in the vent in the exterior living room wall? It kept us awake throughout the night, especially those who slept on the pullout sofa & the closest bedroom as it was in the wall at the head of their bed.
Aside from that, we had a fantastic stay. Thank you for the space & safety of the locked units.
My wife and I brought our two teenage boys to Quebec City. This space was perfect. We were far enough outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown, but a block away from grabbing the #1 bus directly into Old Quebec. Once we figured out the bus app, it was very easy to get around. Free garage parking made it easy, since we were planning on mostly using public transit.
The actual place was clean and gave us plenty of room for our family of 4. One thing to note: the pictures of the bathroom just show a bathtub. There is also a shower.
Our only suggestion would be to leave the bedroom doors open to help circulate the AC.
There are several nice little places to grab breakfast and plenty of activity on St. Joseph St as you walk Southeast.
This was a wonderful stay and highly recommended.
This was our 2nd stay in this suite and the four of us in our party all agree that we would stay here again in the future. The apartment is well-appointed with any tools you might need to prepare a meal inhouse, and is conveniently located close to a grocery store and coffee shops filled with amazing pastries. It is within walking distance of the Old City as well. Great location, great apartment.
The space got a little hot at times, and the thump thump thump from the treadmill above us was a little distracting. Otherwise, this was ideal. We were in room 509.

We stayed at this property in late September 2022. It was comfortable and had everything required for our stay. We would stay again if we are ever in the area.
Beau condo propre avec 2 chambres, salle de bain et salle d'eau parfait pour la famille. Stationnement intérieur inclus. Bonne communication avec le proprio. Prix abordable et bien situé au centre-ville.
Beau condo, la vue du 5e est très belle. Pas d'accès a la terrasse à cause du Covid, décevant. Nous étions 6 personnes, on a manqué de serviettes... On a quand même passé un beau séjour.
