"Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico! From the gorgeous property to the beautiful pools and swim-up bar, everything was perfect. We especially loved how family-friendly the resort was and how much it had to offer. There truly is no need to leave the property if you don’t want to—there is something for everyone! One thing that really stood out to us was the exceptional customer service. Our flight was unfortunately cancelled multiple times, and the hotel was incredibly accommodating each time, adjusting our reservation dates without any penalty. We were so grateful for their understanding and flexibility, especially during such a stressful travel situation. We would absolutely recommend the Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve to anyone visiting Puerto Rico and will definitely be returning on our next trip! Thank you for making our family vacation such a memorable one! ❤️🇵🇷"

"From the time we arrived at the hotel until the time we left, we were met with nothing less than superior service. The room and property were clean and the amenities were perfect! We were close to everything, had a wonderful beach and a great pool with a great swim up bar. The coffee in the café in the morning was so much better than what you can get at starbucks but that is in the same building as well if that is what you prefer. It was a wonderful trip and we can't wait to return! Huge shout out to the kindest cleaning staff who always made sure we had everything we needed and to Kimberly at the pool bar for incredible service our entire stay!!!!"
