"For the price and location which is quite central, it is a great find. But staff not really well trained yet in terms of customer service. There was a strong smell of sewage coming from the drain in the bathoom. There is a water fountain on every floor which is a bonus. Didn't try their breakfast so cannot comment. Housekeeping partially made up the bed. Bathroom wasn't entirely cleaned and tidied. It has a lot going for it because of the decor and ambience and price but it lacks service standards which is a bit disappointing. "

The location is excellent – close to everything but quiet and cozy. The staff was kind, available for any questions and gave a real sense of caring and wholehearted service. The check-in and check-out process was fast and efficient. "I had an extended stay (8 nights), and the staff was mostly excellent, but there were a few issues with the room tablets, getting coffee at breakfast was oddly difficult, and there was one request to use the outdoor patio at night that was denied for no apparent reason except the staff seemed like they preferred to go home rather than help"
