The Scoop couldn’t get any closer to the action of Hesse Street and minutes to all amenities.

Upon entering through an art-adorned staircase, the first bedroom reveals a queen-size bed, storage facilities, soft lighting, a ceiling fan, TV, and access to the front patio. The second bedroom offers two single beds, fitted wardrobes, a ceiling fan, and abundant natural light.
The chic bathroom features a spacious shower with a rain head and a well-appointed vanity.
The open-plan living area encompasses a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, gas cooking, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, stone countertops, and quality cooking utensils. A dining table for six sets the scene for meals, while comfortable sofas, soft lighting, and entertainment amenities create a cozy atmosphere for relaxing evenings. Reverse cycle air-conditioning ensures comfort throughout the year.
There are two outdoor areas one off the Living/Dining with sliding glass doors featuring a Weber BBQ and outdoor seating, the second over looking Hesse Street with outdoor lounge and TV area and cafe blinds.
Situated just a stone’s throw away from the village’s eateries, cafes, and shops, this apartment also offers easy access to Queenscliff’s famous seafront parkland, harbor, and walking trails.
This spacious apartment is an ideal venue for hosting local events such as the Queenscliff Music Festival, Rod Run, or Literary Festival, thanks to its expansive entertainment area with views of the main street.
Queenscliff, a delightful coastal town, is a 30-minute drive from Geelong and 90 minutes from Melbourne, with ferry services available from Sorrento on the Mornington Peninsula.

CAN YOU BRING PETS: Yes! Small well-behaved dogs will be considered on application. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds. There isn’t a back yard, however, the parks are close by. Please bring your own dog bedding, bowls, towels etc.
CARPARKING There is no off-street parking, cars can be parked in Stokes Street, the adjoining street, which offers all day free parking.
