Access the beautiful Frankton walking and cycle track from the property. A local’s favourite, this track takes you directly into town (approx. 3 km) or to the other side of Lake Wakatipu. There is a bus stop right outside the front gate, which stops every hour.

Lakefront – Featuring a private outdoor entertaining area that opens onto the beautiful Lake Wakatipu waterfront. Fire up the BBQ, pour a glass of wine and take in the breathtaking views of the Remarkables mountain range.

Luxury - New to the holiday market, the apartment offers 2 spacious bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom includes a private balcony with stunning views and a luxurious bathroom with a spa bath. The second bedroom has a king bed which can also be split into 2 single beds for families. Layout - The apartment is split level. The entrance & garage is on level 2. Please note: A separate 1 bedroom apartment is also on this level. (If you have a large family, ask about renting both apartments). The two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are on level 3. As you walk up the stairs from the entrance the master bedroom with private balcony is on the right and the second bedroom is on the left. The open plan lounge / kitchen is downstairs on level 1 opening onto a large courtyard for unit A's exclusive use.
