With unparalleled views of the Remarkables Mountain Range as well as the Kawarau River, this is a property that offers a combination of convenience, location and views. This brand new apartment is set to accommodate business travellers or friends as the bedding configuration offers flexibility if required.

Our property offers a stylish retreat with one spacious bedroom and a modern bathroom. The fully functional kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need, complemented by a heat pump for year-round comfort. Unlimited WiFi ensures seamless connectivity throughout your stay. For added convenience, there is a washing machine and dryer.

Bedroom 1: 1 King Size Bed Size That Can Be Split Into 2 Singles
*Please let us know at least 3 days prior to your arrival. If you decide that you want the beds prepared differently to the standard configuration AFTER you arrive, there will be a charge of $100 per bed. This is for our external cleaners to come and arrange the beds and put all new linen on.

Bit out of the way and found it difficult to navigate to. Instructions for entry did not warn of parking restrictions at the property and little signage that parking restrictions applied to outdoor parking areas (i.e. a parking permit must be displayed). Although an underground car park included, we parked in outside specified bay 63 overnight on our last night for an easy luggage pickup. Very upset to find we had incurred a parking fine of NZ85
