Great location. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Had a store room for ski equipment and a drying room for our wet boots and gloves after the slopes. Unfortunately the pool/spa was not working when we were there. We will definitely be back.

We will not hesitate to revisit in the future, perfect location for everything, helpful staff, spotlessly clean, nice restaurant (although only used for breakfast on our departure day as Queenstown has so much to offer!). Only improvement would be to refurbish the outdated bathroom, that said it did the job.
