🧹 On-Site Housekeeper (Monday–Saturday)
A professional housekeeper is on-site Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, for routine cleaning, laundry, and property operations. Guests should expect staff presence during these hours. Privacy is always respected.

📋 House Rules
1. A signed rental agreement with names, ages, and photo ID is required within 24 hours of booking. Primary renter must be 25 or older. No unregistered guests permitted at any time.
2. A $500 security deposit hold and a one-time $37 admin fee are required at time of booking.
3. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
4. Guests are responsible for locking all doors and windows when leaving the property.
5. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Bedroom doors must remain closed when AC is running and should be turned off when the room is unoccupied.
6. Third-party travel insurance is required to cover any cancellations outside our cancellation policy.
7. No pets, smoking, loud music, commercial photography, parties, or events.
8. Pre-arrival guest verification through Truvi is required prior to arrival.
9. Check-in: 3:00 PM — Check-out: 10:00 AM.

⚡ Power Outages
Costa Rica may experience temporary power outages during heavy rain storms — this is normal and typically resolves within a few minutes to a couple of hours. Emergency flashlights are provided throughout the house. No refunds for acts of God.

🐾 Wildlife & Nature Notice
Casa Bamboo sits in the heart of the rainforest. Guests may encounter insects (ants, mosquitoes, spiders) and occasional wildlife (lizards, snakes). These encounters are a natural part of the environment and the authentic Costa Rica experience.
