We picked this property because it is a Hilton brand hotel. Hotel is showing it’s age. Clean but probably won’t stay here my next trip back to QRO. All in all it was fine good coffe place 2 doors down.

Too dirty, towels and bed clothing were visible dirty, we had them changed several times and we decided to shorten our staying. Staff very friendly and they attended our requests fast. I guess is about cost cuts as always

No water pressure at all in the shower. Room heavily smelled as cleaners and was not at all what you would expect from a Hilton property. If I had not checked in so late, I would have definitely changed hotel. I would expect a full reimbursement

La habitación perfecta, la gente de recepción muy amables y eficientes, la gente del restaurante hacen todo lo que pueden son amables pero las excede la cantidad de gente que tienen, les falta personal, falta comida se termina el pandulce, no vuelven aponer hotcakes y pan francés en general no es una buena experiencia el servicio aunque la comida es muy buena. y lo peor de todo al TELVISIÖN no funciona y es en todo el hotel , la señal se interrumpe , estas viendo los canales y se va la imagen y tarda en regresar, pero me dijeron que es problema de todo el hotel, pero es imperdonable, llegas cansado pensando en ver TV y descansar y no sirve. Pésimo para un Hilton.
