"La atención de la persona a cargo fue muy buena, nos ayudó en todo lo que le solicitamos. El desayuno, riquísimo. Lastimosamente por cuestión del terremoto la propiedad no estaba al 100%, no se pudo usar la piscina y había algunos daños que arreglar, no es recomendable si no se va en auto propio pues está a 30 minutos de Armenia y se gasta bastante en taxis."

"We upgraded to the room with the jacuzzi, and it was absolutely worth it! Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming—we truly felt like family during our stay. The fresh breakfast was amazing, and the hotel is in a great location, very close to Armenia and not far from towns like Salento. Overall, we had an amazing stay. And the shower was such a cool and unique experience! We would definitely come back."

"I had a very enjoyable stay at Hotel Monaco in Armenia, Colombia. The hotel is in an excellent location, right on a pedestrian walkway with plenty of shops, restaurants, and other businesses just steps away. There is a grocery store, dollar store, and several places to eat nearby, and a shopping mall is only a few blocks away. It was very convenient to just walk out of the hotel and have almost everything I needed close by. The service was excellent and available 24 hours a day. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and I also found the people throughout Armenia to be very friendly and welcoming. Another big plus was the value. The hotel was very reasonably priced, and I found restaurants, shopping, and other everyday expenses in the area to be very affordable as well. The only negative I would mention is that the hotel does not have an elevator. The rooms are on the second and third floors, so anyone who has difficulty climbing stairs should take that into consideration. Overall, Hotel Monaco was a great value in a very convenient location. Good service, friendly people, plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance, and reasonable prices. I would definitely stay here again."

"Really friendly staff, comfortable room, good wifi. The only issue is it’s just above a parking lot. There’s not really a view of any kind, no big deal, but if someone drives in or out and you’re a light sleeper, it might disturb you. "
