"Amazing staff and beautiful hotel. Very well located and safe, would come back for sure. The only thing I could complain about was the jacuzzis condition (deep stains and bubbles not working), which made us hesitant to use them. And the breakfast is not included. Other than that, it was perfect."

"the hotel is in a great location near major attractions by walking. the staff is very friendly, professional, attentive, kind. Amazing customer service. my family stayed on the superior room, it was big, clean, 2 baths, kitchen with major appliances, air conditioning was working, the pool was clean and warm. the breakfast is unbelievable delicious. The three young front desk personnel were really helpful and definitely we will come back. highly recommend."

The room in general was good, except for the leak on the ceiling that nobody ever came to fix because they said it was “a lot of condensation “ and they didn’t have USB or USB-C chargers on the wall. Staff was NOT nice, almost rude. Breakfast was very good. Location is great if you want a 15-20 minutes walk to the terminal."
