"We had a truly wonderful stay at The Packhorse Inn. We stayed in Warren Room which was really lovely a very comfortable bed and a fantastic bathroom. Areas of the room and the hallway leading to it are a little tired looking stained carpet and areas of paintwork could be refreshed. The food was absolutely amazing we had roast beef and sticky date pudding for our meal. Lovely service the waiter was very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was also very good the staff looking after us were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely return! "

"Sian, the landlady is wonderful -- friendly and extremely helpful. Hotel's.com said there are laundry facilities but this is not true. BUT Sian did our laundry for us. We stayed in the annex but no one who was mobility problems, or is tall or heavy should stay there -- it is difficult to maneuver under the low ceilings. "

"I had an excellent stay in the Church Farmhouse B&B. It is in a very quiet village which means that is not very near shops or transport and you need a car. It is a very well maintained charming property very clean and having everything that is necessary for a comfortable stay . The owner is very nice and friendly but professional too. It is very close to towns like Bury St Edmunds Newmarket Ely and Cambridge for those who are interested in exploring the area or you can choose to stay put for quite countryside walks. I would happily stay there again. "

"Imagine you’re an adventurer in an RPG video game. This is the inn. Exactly what I wanted. It’s cozy and warm. BTW parking is in the back , you have to drive around the block and take that one way street Angels cafe is on. "
