"The staff are pretty unhelpful and quite rude. It’s a really hands off experience. No way of contacting reception. No water in the room. Nothing to do around the property. Rooms are comfy and clean. The station is very near to get into the centre of town"

Ritual products incl hair conditioner, free espresso drinks , snack pack on arrival, newer towels, fresher rooms. Also rooms were not very soundproof to hallways My checkin staff member was excellent, others varied. "
