"This rental does not include sheets, towels. You have to ask and pay for it when you check in. To find out where to check in was another job and it’s located 5 blocks away. The place is dark, musty, very old. All beds are bunk beds. Some roaches. We won’t come back."
"This is an old hotel but very clean and staff is very polite and helpful. It was very quiet. Park right at your room so very nice. Restsuarnts close by. Pool waa great. Not far from beach. Reasonable priced for steps from the beach. Bathroom and showerr was very small but clean."

"We stayed for 4 nights during our beach trip. My daughter and my 2 granddaughters 5 and 18months the hotel is located pretty close to everything and the staff was helpful and courteous, our room was clean and beds were comfortable."

"The cottage was great. It was beautifully kept and very warm and peaceful. We had everything we needed including beach towels. The setting was beautiful and we were in walking distance of the water, restaurants, and shops. The hosts were very nice and provided information about area restaurants and sights to see."

"The Broad Street Property was perfect for our trip. The home was clean and well organized. The bedrooms were spacious for two couples and a teen. The bathrooms and main living area were also comfortable and clean. The location was excellent - just a few blocks from Front Street, restaurants, shopping and the ferry. We went to Atlantic Beach everyday, just 15 minutes away. I would highly recommend this property and am already planning to return. "

"Great location and facilities. For wheelchair access you have to park in the driveway to the restaurant, unload then move the vehicle to your parking spot. Front door threshold is hard to get across. Everything else was great. Wish we had that shower at home. "

"I don't remember staying in any VRBO that had a better-equipped kitchen. Everything, from sharp knives to a lobsta-cooking pot! And everything was well organized, clean and functional. Even spices or odds and ends left by previous tenants were helpful. The host must go throught he cupboards and intuitively keep only those leftovers that seem helpful to the next tenant because we actually did use leftover tea bags, a spot of sugar, the pepper grinder. Thank you previous tenants and host. Rave reviews for the kitchen. Check-in was also fantastic. I reached out to the host with several pesky questions and she was also was delightful and patient. Then on the day of arrival, (maybe day before) I received both an email and text with the necessaries for our arrival. Couldn't have been smoother. We had a GREAT stay! Hope to come back."
