Between the provinces of Pisa and Siena, in the crisp air of the hills, within the Tegoni farm estate is Villa Airone, immersed in a green vortex of dense vegetation that surrounds it in a fragrant embrace of perfume. The villa was built in modern key in 2015, initially conceived as a Club House for the riders of the stables to relax in; it has a framework made entirely of laminated wood, walls in ecological material, insulation in goat-wool panels covered with Siberian larch wood that guarantee the best thermal insulation. It has just one floor, creating contemporary and functional environments with the aim of capturing the wonders of the place in which it lies through large windows. At the front, a natural pond formed by rainwater communicates an energy and a particular charm at all hours of the day and in all seasons. The terrace in front of the villa, the vital centre of the property, is set up with tables and chairs where guests can enjoy the open air in total relaxation while nearby, in a more secluded position, is a heated swimming pool with salt purification, solarium and counter-current swimming. The park surrounding the residence, mainly lawned and dotted with tall leafy trees, extends into the 30-hectare farm which includes an organic olive grove and a free-range piggery of the prized Cinta Senese pigs, stables, due to the owners' great passion for horses, and a large indoor riding school. The main entrance leads into an open-plan area where your attention will be caught by the modern kitchen, an extension of the living and dining room and a tasting room where you can take part in cooking classes, culinary demonstrations and wine-food pairing courses.

Interior:
The villa is on one floor. The main entrance leads directly into the open-plan living area with a suspended central fireplace, dining room and kitchen, two greenhouses for ornamental plants, a bathroom for the disabled with shower and a bathroom with toilet and washbasin. On each side of the central body of the villa are two symmetrical apartments, each with TV room, three bedrooms, two doubles and a twin (one has joynable beds), all with direct access to the garden, two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with tub. The large windows of the living room lead directly to the outdoor terrace facing the pond, the pool area and the garden.

Park:
The 4000 sq m garden framing the villa is very well-tended, mainly lawn with tall bushes of broom surrounding the natural pond in front of the outdoor dining area and the swimming pool. The pond, 2.5 m deep in the center. The atmosphere is quiet, relaxed and reserved. The outdoor dining area is sheltered by large awnings that cover the whole area set up with table, chairs and a professional barbecue, perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners. The villa has 10 hectares of land for the most part available for long rides in the beautiful Tuscan setting, a place perfect for refreshment of body and spirit.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The rectangular pool, located at one side of the villa, measures 7 x 3 m with a depth of 1.30 m and has salt purification, counter-current swimming technology, internal lighting and Roman steps for access to the water. It lies in a lovely manicured lawn, dotted with tall trees and brooms, with a splendid view of the metalliferous hills and the Val d'Elsa. The solarium around it is well equipped with sunbeds and a hot-water shower. The pool, heatable, is available from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.
Pets: Yes (€ 90,00 per animal per week or part of week). Please note that the garden is not fenced and since the villa is part of a large farmhouse, it may happen that dogs could be in contact with other animals or other dogs belonging to the same farmhouse.
