"The staff and hotel location was excellent!! Without Alex's help on how to navigate we wouldn't have had such a great visit!! We highly recommend this hotel. Everyone was wonderful!!!"
"Close to train station and bus to airport. Room was very nice - large enough for 2 with medium size suitcases. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Would have been nice if ramp or lift available from outside to the front desk. "
"Friendly staff shared how easy it is to walk to the water or use city transportation. Cozy room with a patio. We dined here in the evening and loved it. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!"
"Room was filled with biting insects, many squashed on the walls. Very tired and dated room. No drink making facilities in the room.
Breakfast was stale pastries which weren't restocked - really not to be recommended sadly.
Staff were friendly when we arrived, but different staff in the morning less so."
"We stayed one night after a cruise. They picked us up at the airport but it was a little difficult to find them however they thankfully found us. We had dinner in the restaurant which was wonderful. they took us back to the airport the next day. Would definitely stay again if ever in the area."
"Well presented hotel with charm and a beer enjoyable rooftop bar over looking the Marktplatz. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Excellent tram connections just outside the hotel."
