Welcome to Brandyapple Retreat, a beautifully renovated split-level home in Raleigh, perfect for families, remote workers, and pet lovers. Enjoy a modern open-plan living, dining, and kitchen space, a master bedroom with ensuite, and outdoor dining with a gas fire pit. Downstairs offers additional bedrooms, a dedicated workspace, and direct access to a fenced yard with a deck, corn hole, and a wood-burning fire pit. Ideal for relaxation and fun, this home has it all for a memorable stay!

The master bedroom features a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with direct access to the balcony and fire pit area. Another bedroom upstairs offers a comfortable full bed, ideal for additional guests or family.
☆ Downstairs: On the lower level, you’ll find a second full bathroom and another bedroom with a queen bed, smart TV, and a large closet. A fourth room serves as a functional workspace with a desk, making it ideal for remote workers. It also includes a washer and dryer, providing added convenience for longer stays. Enjoy direct access to the garage on one side and to the fully fenced backyard from the office.

Other Things To Note:
☆ Firepits: We’re pleased to offer two cozy firepit options to enhance your retreat! On the deck, you`ll find a propane firepit, we try to always have a full propane tank for guests. In the backyard, there’s a charming wood-burning firepit nestled on the grass, perfect for gathering under the stars. Please note, while we don’t provide firewood for the wood-burning pit, feel free to bring your own for a classic campfire experience!
☆ Family-Friendly: As parents of young children, we understand the challenges of traveling with little ones. That`s why we`ve made our home as family-friendly as possible. We provide a Pack `n Play with crib sheets, and there’s ample space to set it up in either of the downstairs bedrooms or the master bedroom upstairs. We’ve also stocked kid-friendly cups, bowls, plates, and utensils, along with books, toys, games, and puzzles for fun family time together!
☆ Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a fee of $150 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may disturb neighbors. Please let us know if you are traveling with a dog
☆ Fence: Our property is fully fenced however the fence is weathered, there may be some small gaps in the fence smaller dogs could get through. There is a dog that lives in the home over our back fence. There is a “baby safety gate” on the deck that you can pull across and will give your kids and animals a sense of being outside without having the entire yard to run in.
☆ Maintenance: Trash day is Tuesday. Our cleaner will bring the bins to the curb on Monday afternoon, so you will not need to manage this during your stay. Our landscaper visits every other Friday or Saturday, depending on weather conditions. If you would like an estimated arrival time for landscaping service during your stay, we are happy to provide it.
☆ Guest Access and Check-In: As our guests, you`ll enjoy full access to the entire property and all its amenities, ensuring a private and luxurious experience.
☆ Contactless, 24/7 Check-In: We value your convenience and safety, which is why we offer a completely contactless check-in process. Regardless of your arrival time, you`ll be able to access the property at your leisure, day or night. A unique front door code will be provided to you 2 days prior to your check-in, ensuring secure and hassle-free entry to your vacation oasis.
☆ Digital Guest Book & Unique Access Code: To make your stay as seamless as possible, you will receive a digital guest book filled with useful information about the property and local recommendations.

House Rules
• Primary renter must be 18+, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay. Subleasing is prohibited.
• No parties or events. Loud music, rambunctious gatherings, or excessive cars disturbing neighbors are strictly prohibited.
• No sticking tape on walls or pictures, and no confetti is allowed.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest.
• Please clean up after your pets and be mindful of barking to avoid neighbor complaints. Max 1 dog
• Please park in garage, driveway or street directly in front of home. Max 4 vehicles. Avoid blocking neighbors’ homes or driveways.
• Firepit and BBQ must be operated by responsible adults only.
• No firearms, fireworks, or hazardous materials allowed on the property.
• Follow all local, county, and state laws and short-term rental regulations. Noncompliance may result in eviction by city without refund.
