"I was already excited to experience this stay, but once I arrived it was even better than I expected. The room was very clean and had a bonus of well-thought out decor, giving it charm. The ease of parking, checking-in and out, andgetting to the room made it very pleasant. It's also great for being within walking distance to common areas downtown. There is also a lovely, fun and relaxing bar (and cafe-like spot) and lobby or common area to hang out in, during the day or evening. What tied this great experience all together was the exeptional service of all the staff and in particluar, Delaney. They all went well-above what could have been expected, with what seemed out of the goodness of their hearts. I would definitely recommend staying here and will the next time I get the opportunity!"

"All was well! Room and bed were comfortable. Air conditioning could be adjusted to meet my needs and cooled well. Water pressure and temperature adjustment ability was great. No complaints!"

"The hotel shuttle was so convenient! The morning shuttle lady was amazing. So kind and helpful with my 4 grandchildren under 12! The only reason not for a full 5 star is the pool was not cleaned up on a Saturday and the kids were stinky when they got out of the pool."

"No clean towels at the pool. Beds we got were hard as rocks. Breakfast available means pay for it. Had I known that I would have never booked our stay here. Thankfully we were only staying one night."

"The bed was comfortable, room was nice. Staff was not helpful. I called earlier to verify a pack n play would be available for my room and when we checked in I was told if there wasn’t one in my room then they didn’t have one for me. There wasn’t one in my room so I called the help desk and they said they can’t do anything about it, pack n plays are in housekeeping and she did not know how to get in there. I then asked for the manager and she told me I could talk him Monday morning at 8am, it was currently Friday evening. Told me I had the best room with two beds and to put my BABY to sleep in the queen bed. It was horrible, I didn’t sleep at all worried about my baby suffocating on the soft bedding, he slept on my chest most of the night. Would not recommend, the staff was very rude and not helpful."

"If you’re not a smoker, DO NOT get a smoker room even if it’s available. I stood one night last night, it was the only room available and 0/10. as soon as you open the door, you smell all types of drugs-cigs, boogies, all the above. horrible horrible! If you’re a clean freak, don’t even think about it even if it’s an emergency. not WOTH IT. it is cheap so you do get what you pay for. ps: im sitting on the plane and i smell the room on my book bag, clothes. embarrassing."
