About this property
Elegant, Centrally-Located, Comfy Guest House.
- This standalone guest house was completed in early 2024. It is located 5 minutes from Duke Hospital, 12 mins from the airport, and 7 mins from downtown Durham, on a peaceful side street with it's own dedicated driveway, parking for 4 vehicles in the driveway and two additional vehicles on the street, a back patio w/grill, and a catio! The driveway was recently expanded. A level 2 EV Charger is installed on the right side of the home, left side of the driveway. A Tesla adapter is available.
