Housekeeping staff walked into my room without announcing themselves during a personal moment. When I tried to get an explanation, the housekeeper waved me off and walked away. The supervisor did call me and apologized immediately. Other than that, my stay was very pleasant. They need better pillows.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was always friendly and helpful. I did use the airport shuttle which runs starting at 4 am. I didnt get to stay for breakfast but it runs early starting at 6:30. My only complaint was how loud the airplanes are flying overhead but it comes with staying at a hotel close to the airport. I would definitely stay again.
