Very nice property, charming, great vibe when we arrived with lighting and music. Kitchen was well enough appointed for preparing meals and hosting. Location was convenient to downtown and easy to get to campus and stadium.
4 of us were in Raleigh for the weekend and this was an ideal spot for us. Cute decor, comfortable beds and close to restaurants. Everything we could want!
Nice house, convenient to downtown, & nice outdoor space
Good house, convenient to downtown, & nice outdoor space. Easy check-in. We would recommend to anyone looking for proximity to downtown & wishing for useful & attractive outdoor area for entertaining (but watch out for slippery outdoor marble).
The location is ideal. With both downtown restaurants and the Transfer Food Co. food hall within walking distance, you have lots of options. We enjoyed the outside gas, fire, and grill during our stay. We had everything we needed for a very happy Thanksgiving.
The property was as represented on the site and the owners provided all that was necessary for a relaxing stay in a delightful neighborhood within walking distance of many attractions - including a great playground. If visiting Raleigh again would certainly try to rebook this.
The house is lovely in a great location for our event at the Convention Center. Is close enough to walk there and to Red Hat as well as many other venues; Transfer Food Hall and Burial, etc. The accommodations were perfect for our group of five. Home was clean and supplied as represented in the listing. Would definitely stay again.
We loved this place. Our host was so helpful with specific instructions and made sure we had everything we needed. Very clean, parking was on a driveway which is great in the city. Spacious bathrooms, lovely kitchen and outdoor space. We walked everywhere. Raleigh is fantastic!
I will definitely stay here again - this house felt like a well-kept home, with attention to detail everywhere you looked - beautiful natural light, plants, and personal touches. The first floor master and 2nd floor bedrooms made it easy for our group of 3 adults to have private space, while the kitchen/dining room/outdoor spaces were inviting for when we were together. The location can not be beat - an easy 1/2 mile or so to the Transfer Food Hall and Downtown. Hosts were responsive, and helpful when needed even for a basic thing.
House was as shown on website except the upstair’s bed in full size, not queen. Furniture and toilets not good for older people. Yard and patio are nice. Neighborhood is okay, but not great. Very close to downtown Raleigh. Pullen Park is a must especially when we were there, first week of April. Flowering trees, etc spectacular.
We chose this property for location and sleeping accommodations for 5 people. Check-in was simple and communication with owner was good. When we arrived, there were a few things that didn’t look clean- refrigerator still had food, outdoor furniture and covers were dirty and cleanliness of downstairs bathroom was questionable. We just cleaned it ourselves. Overall, the place was quaint and accommodated our group and we were close to the attractions we wanted to see and do. The neighborhood was relatively quiet.

Good house in the city
This 3 bedroom 2 bath house is in a great location in the city close to a great food hall. Kitchen is good and the rooms are comfortable. One of the bedroom beds is quite small but still works for most. The house is not in disrepair at all, but could just use a new coat of paint in the halls and stairs. It would have been nice if the backyard had not been completely covered with leaves and debris. We were excited about the outdoor space but didn't use because we didn't want to have to clean it all off.
Overall, the property is just okay. On the plus side, it was inexpensive. On the plus side, communication and check-in were good. I liked that they had good ice and a water filter for us. Less good: Towels, sheets and furniture are old. Upstairs bathroom toilet wobbles. Both showers are skinny, a curved shower curtain rod would make a huge difference. Some dishes were dirty. Garbage disposal did not operate.

Average stay
Easy check in, although I don’t think security system works as I did not disarm and nothing happened. Home decorated cute, only one tv in the house in main living room, home needs deep cleaned, kitchen drawers were a mess with only a few towels that were dingy, full drawer of Tupperware lids but no containers, only 2 coffee pods for Kureg which needed cleaned and new filter, dropped toy under couch and it was disgusting under there, everything sits really low to the ground ie toilets, beds, couch. Under bathroom counter wall and baseboards were very dusty, beds not very comfortable, need new bathroom towels & washcloths. And I’m still fighting with company and my financial institution as I was double charged for my complete stay and they both say it’s the others fault.
The property looked just like the photos—clean, well-furnished, and located in a quiet neighborhood. Everything we needed was provided, and there were several peaceful spots around the property perfect for some quiet time away from the group
The interior had plenty of space for all of us, and the location was great. Especially a fan of the proximity to the Transfer market. We would not have used them anyways due to the heat wave, but the outside areas were in need of a cleaning.
Large space and nice outdoor space but outdoor fire pit wasn't working and host didn't get to it during our stay. The fire pit was one of the main reasons we booked the location.
