The Space:
Spacious and stylized open floorplan living room provides a central gathering space for friends and family. En Suite King Bedroom has French doors to Granite Double Vanity and Spa-Like River Rock Shower. Child-friendly Master2 has Full Tub, Changing Table and Gorgeous Granite Slab Vanity. Hall bath for two additional queen bedrooms features riverstone flooring in shower, glass enclosure, granite counter. We use Free & Clear Unscented laundry detergent on bedding and towels so our guests with sensitivities to perfumed products can breath easy.
Guest Access:
The front door has a keypad so you can arrive when convenient and come and go as you please.
The Neighborhood:
Situated on the edge of Old North Durham, our home offers proximity to downtown in an urban, income diverse residential area. The house is 7/10ths of a mile from the DIY District including The Pit, Motorco, Geer St Garden, Fullsteam Brewery and Cocoa Cinnamon. It's also an easy trip to Duke, RTP, the downtown Farmer's Market, & many local (and delicious) restaurants/cafes & local bars/breweries. Our home next door on Geer also serves as a Vacation Rental with a gate connecting the two yards, "*Bull Durham* Spacious & Walkable w/Front Sitting Porch and Backyard"
Getting Around:
The house is very easy to access and is a short drive to downtown, NC147, I85 and Durham's main thoroughfares. If you're taking a bus, there are many bus lines that should easily drop you off very close to our house. Lyfts and Ubers are abundant in the area as well.
Other Things to Note:
We have a Smart TV with access to Netflix, your Amazon or Hulu account, and many other apps. We Cut the Cord on Cable, but offer YouTubeTV which functions similar to Cable and offers tons of Live or On Demand Options!

We want you to be able to settle into this home as if it was your own. We'll stay out of your way, but we're just a quick message away if you have questions about restaurants, events or the house, or if an unexpected issue arises.
