Charming cottage-style home is conveniently located exactly 1 mile from center city/downtown and 2 miles from I-40. Fully-fenced back yard, large kitchen with all kitchen-essentials provided + extra office & yoga room. Convenience to all the amenities of downtown Raleigh - shopping, dining, fine arts - makes this home a gem.
The entire place is for your use. There is a 1 car-driveway which extends to gravel, allowing for two cars to be parked off the street. Street parking is also allowed.
