Location: Within walking distance to downtown Rangeley! 7.4 miles to downtown Oquossoc, and 7.8 miles to Saddleback.

Snowmobile Access: Continue down Sunset Ln (not Marbles Way) to the parking lot by the Lakehouse Condos' dumpsters. That short path takes you right to the main trail. Please do not ride on the other lots in the neighborhood - you can ride on Marbles Way and Sunset to get on the trails. Snowmobile trailer parking near dumpster.

Shared Access: Guests have access to a shared waterfront area on Rangeley Lake. Follow the marked path to reach the waterfront.

FAQs: This home has Roku smart TV's - guests must use their own streaming accounts. There is plenty of dishware for kids. There is a dedicated workspace in the upper level hallway. Security camera facing the exterior of the property, towards the driveway. EV charger - level 2 charger called a JuiceBox with a SAE J1772 standard plug (Tesla drivers would need an adapter). There are snowshoes available for guest use. Gas grill is available mid-May through mid-October. No smoking anywhere on the property. No pets.
