Great, friendly service. Hotel in superb position central Ranong for food, shops, bus terminal. Excellent breakfast at hotel. Room luxurious. This is our 3rd stay!

Highly recommend! In all of my travels around the world, I would say that this is one of my favorite hotels. And you get a great breakfast and gourmet coffee to go along with it. Pat runs the front desk. Her and the rest of the staff is so friendly and they just make you want to come back. This is my second trip here, and I will always stay in this hotel whenever I’m in Ranong.

Beautifully decorated, clean comfortable

A real gem in Ranong. Beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and with super friendly and helpful staff. No lift but they did carry my bag for me. My second stay here and I will be back!

Wonderful room, like a dream

The presidential room is so beautiful. Like a Moroccan Riad. Amazing lighting, carvings and little touches. One of the nice places I've stayed in. The staff were very friendly and super helpful and even carried my bag up for me as there is no lift (the staff are female as am I). Highly recommend and will stay again when I return

Great stayed.

Room was not too big not too small. Breakfast was great with homecooked panned eggs and coffee. The hotel seemed to have the unpleasant smell went around the hallway (staircases). Other than that was great.

Dissapointed

I wanted a nice hotel in Ranong for 1 night whilst on a visa run. Ranong is short of quality hotels and this was the best available on the website and the only room they had. It was clean and the staff were very friendly but the japanese themed room meant i had to sleep on a futon on the floor which was most uncomfortable and gave me very little sleep. Aparently al of the other rooms have proper beds.

Top Hotel - nur zu empfehlen!

Aus meiner Sicht, das beste Hotel in Ranong. Es liegt zentral. Die Zimmer und vor allem das Bett sind riesengroß und ultrasauber. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Tolle Kaffeebar mit extrem guten Kaffee nach westlichem Standard in der Lobby. Rezeption 24 Stunden besetzt. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und es definitiv weiter empfehlen.

Clean surprise in a not clean town.

Although the hotel is located in a commercial/industrial part of town, it is clean, new and worth the stay. The city location is nothing to get excited about as is the rest of Ranong is "different" from other Thai areas. Not as friendly. The hotel staff seem nice and respond to any little problem.The room we had was compact with a great bathroom.
