My stay at Sinae Luxury Hotel was absolutely wonderful, with warm hospitality and exceptional customer service throughout my visit. The rooms were beautifully designed, spotless, and offered breathtaking views that made the stay even more special. I also loved the convenience of the hotel’s app, which made it so easy to get around the property, request services, and book spa treatments. Overall, a beautiful and well-managed hotel with excellent service and thoughtful technology that made my experience truly enjoyable!

I loved how kind & helpful the staff were. They picked me up every morning from my room to the breakfast cafe where i enjoyed their delicious breakfast. 10/10 would recommend. I returned to my room being spotless clean everyday without having to ask. Definitely will be returning!

The view was Incredible, all of the staff were lovely and very helpful, we went to the Spa a number of times as it was the best massage we have both ever experienced. The meals were incredible in the restaurant and the experiences booked from the tour guide on site were all perfect. I couldn't rate this stay higher and we will definitely return to this resort on our next vacation Thank you for such a perfect holiday

Beautiful mountainside property with a great staff and one of the best views on the island. Old town, high is a fantastic colonial era town, is just five minutes away via taxi. Old town has most of the good restaurants on the island.

Sinae Phuket is an experience that everyone should have once in a life time, or every year if possible. Right from welcome to the check-out, staff is consistently courteous, friendly and offer a helping hand wherever possible. Food is amazing, especially Masaman Curry, and the Spa is a dream come true. The views are stunning and it’s only a 20 minutes drive to Old Town. We highly recommend this place.
