"The place was cute, but after trying to get settled in the air condition wasn’t working properly, and they were monitoring it by their own remote, the fans were broke and making noise as if it was grinding like a saw in the one room and didn’t work in one of the other bedrooms. The bathroom towels were stained. There was a garage but no remote without opening the door backing the vehicle out and then go back into the house and out the front door. The water would take forever to warm up and then go cold. The host said they didn’t live in the state so they were not able to have anyone come look at anything. I find that the host should have some manager in the area in the event there are issues in the home. There was also weeds and dog feces not picked up. The owner refused to help and I reported them to VRBO and VRBO stated that was unacceptable behavior as they read the messages between the host and myself. "

"Unbelievable house & stay.Communication with property was smooth and top notch. Batteries died in keyless entry instant message back as to where spares were and even came to fix.Backyard is A with every amenity you need! Easy to get to and from around area. House was clean and well stocked! Much better alternative that many of the high priced resorts for business travelers! "

"This was a very nice home built by a quality builder in a nice neighbor. We know the area and it meant our needs perfectly. Well stocked, kid friendly with bunk beds, toys and a pack and play. Appreciated being able to park in the garage. Great communication with the host. All around a wonderful stay."

"The pool was not heated per our request. 3 different attempts were made prior to arrival weeks in advance, with no response back from host. Limited items in kitchen with 3 forks, had to go get plastic fast food forks. Not enough plates, cups ect... Carpets were filthy and haven't been cleaned in very long time. Roll away fold out bed was completely unusable and damaged by previous use. Communication with host was difficult."
