"The room was adequately clean for my one night stay. Did not use the business center or the laundry service. "

"Changed room twice. Cockroaches in first room, was told they didnt have another room right then to change us to. Given black garbage bags to place our belongings in. 2nd room dirty, not cleaned from prior guest’s stay. Continental breakfast area was dirty and a foul smell filled the area. There was a large bowl of yogurt on ice, a loaf of bread, boiled eggs, a container of cereal, and a gallon of milk placed on the counter and left there for hours, no ice. The only part that looked decent was the pool area."

"First time here and not knowing what to expect, I was pleasantly surprised on all counts. Boutique hotel feel with individually decorated rooms. Very cute. “Everyone is a student” is their motto. Stay here, you’ll like it (except the $44 parking valet fee)."

"Relatively nice house. It is clean, reasonably well appointed and comfortable. It worked well for our team meeting. I probably would have been disappointed if this had been a family trip.Biggest issue is the accuracy of the listing. It is extremely unclear what you are actually getting when you book the house. It wasn't just me - I had several people review the way the listing is worded to see if it is clear. No one could figure out the reason for the difference between our original fee and what we actually ended up having to pay. Seems super shady and like a scam you would experience in a foreign country. Owner needs to clear this up. Until he does, I would avoid staying here. "
