The rooms are very dark and dated. The shower did not draining. Lots of noise from the hostel behind it. The breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had. The staff was ok, but not very friendly. Great location but that’s the only plus. We have been traveling Thailand for almost 3 months and this place was at the very bottom.

The property is very relaxing, quiet and more like home from home than a hotel. Lovely staff, nice pool, easy walking distance to local shops and restaurants. Room was lovely with all needs catered for.

tres bon sejour a Rawai l etablissement est tres bien situé a 2 pas des plages. Les appartements sont spacieux et confortables.la piscine tres agreable et tres chaude meme si des carreaux commencent a partir.L etablissement est tres bien entretenu et le personnel tres gentil et serviable.

Fantastisk ophold med familien. Personalets service er i verdensklasse, stedet har en uovertruffen god atmosfære, og der er meget rent og pænt, og poolen er stor og lige som den skal være. Dette sted er en unik perle og får absolut topkarakter på alle parametre fra vores side. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage.

밤에 무서워요

공항에서 엄청 멀어요. 그리고주변에 아무것도 없어요 정말...푸켓자체가 교통비가 비싼데 모르고왔다가 택시비 엄청 깨졌어요. 3분타고가는데 200밧도 더 받습니다. 관광이 힘들고요.. 쉬는 목적이라면 나름 괜찮지만 주변에 정말 아무도 없어서 밤되면 무서워요. 방은 전반적으로 깨끗하기는한데 오래된 티가 나구요. 가족끼리 운영하시는건지..친절하기는한데 로비에 맨날 아무도 없고 불편합니다.. 좋은점은 그 건물자체에도 아무도 없어서 풀을 전세낸것처럼 써요..

This was an awesome place!! Perfect pool is just on the center of the villas, and it was very relaxing and cozy. Many great shops were near like restaurants and massage shops, cafes, etc(5-10 mins walking distance.) The reception staff was very kind and helpful even though I'd asked quite many favors! Moreover, Nai Harn beach which was about 5-10 minutes far(we rented motorcycle from the villas) is just the greatest beach if you don't like too crowded nor too quiet.

Tolle Anlage in ruhiger Umgebung

Waren zu 4 dort. Geräumiges sauberes Appartement, 2 saubere moderne Bäder, funktionierende Klimas und Kühlschrank. Ich kann diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen!! 7/11 5 Minuten Gehweg Rawai Beach 5-7 Minuten mit Roller Wirklich ein tolles Erlebnis

Hotel bien placé au calme, très familiale

L'établissement est très familial les 2 soeurs s'occupent de la logistique et la maman, le frère et les cousines font l'entretien des chambres tous les 2 jours , le parc très arboré et une très belle piscine à 28°C. Nous avons circulé à pieds et en tuk tuk taxi pas cher, ou on pouvait à 300 mètres de l'hotel emprunté rapidement les taxis. A 50 mètres il y a un très beau centre de massage, sauna. les superettes et resto sont à 10 minutes à pieds. Les plages sont paradisiaques, la vue du cap, les balades en bateau, visites des iles autour, les marchés de poisson, balade en éléphants à 10 minutes, visite des temples de big Budda etc...et la cuisne thai, Ne pas oublier la gentillesse et la zénitude de ce pays. L'ensemble était parfait sauf 1 valise de perdue par Air France !!

Perfect for our family of 5

The two bedroom villa was just perfect for our family of 5 including 3 small children aged 8, 6, 6. The rooms are spacious and the living area is ample including a functioning kitchen with all the essential bits. The outdoor pool was much loved by the kids with inflatables available. It felt like home away from home. Jah, the lady who received us after midnight was amazing. She took care of all our needs including car rental, moving of all our luggage and food to another villa following our decision to extend our study by a day.

Résidence et appartement très agréables

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits dans cet établissement. La résidence est très jolie, bien entretenue, piscine propre accessible à toute heure si l'on respecte la tranquillité des autres clients, laverie sur place. L'appartement est spacieux, joli, propre et bien équipé. Un vrai régal, mes enfants ne voulaient plus en sortir! Possibilité de commander son taxi pour l'aéroport. Petit bémol: la résidence se trouve à 2 km environ de RAWAI Beach (soit on aime marcher soit on prend un taxi mais les taxis reviennent cher à Phuket). Rawaï n'est pas une des plus belles plages car elle est envahie de bateaux! Nous avons demandé à réserver une excursion proposée par l'hôtel mais la personne ne savait pas de quoi il s'agissait. Nous avons donc réserver dans un bureau à Rawai Beach et avons obtenu un super tarif.

Hôtel très agréable, au calme

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet hôtel très confortable, à taille humaine avec une très belle piscine. Le personnel toujours souriant est très sympathique, les chambres sont propres. L’hôtel est situé au calme dans une petite rue, près d'un excellent centre de remise en forme (spa,massages...)possibilité de louer un scooter(indispensable) dans l’hôtel. Les plages environnantes sont superbes et le village de Rawai a encore gardé une âme, pas encore trop pollué par le tourisme. Nous y revenons tous les ans et nous reviendrons certainement au Babylon.
