"Nice hotel. Room was comfortable. $35 dollar a day amenity charge that was unexpected-use in restaurant. $45 dollar a day valet parking in attached garage. Elevator slow and needs cleaning. Good location to seafront restaurants."

"If you've stayed in OOB before you know that most of the hotels are kinda dumpy and small. No hate, that's just how it is there unless you spend big money. I was happy with our stay at the Grand Beach Inn. The suite was a good size and had full size kitchen appliances. The price was extremely fair. The pool was nicely maintained and the live music at the restaurant on site was a nice bonus. There was a fair amount of sand on the floor of our room when we arrived but the staff was very apologetic and it was taken care of."
