"I booked this hotel thinking it was for the current and next day. Turns out I mistakenly booked for those same weekdays the following week. I went through the request process to change my dates and they refused. They charged me despite the fact that I made an honest mistake and wanted to update my reservation the same day it was made. I had to book a different hotel. Don’t book here because if you make a mistake, you pay FULL price for it! It was very disappointing, especially because I wanted to stay there, just on different days. Customer service is clearly not a priority to this hotel and they do not deserve anyone’s reservations!"
