Excellent hotel at Katra

Excellent place to stay while visiting vaishno Devi, staff made sure that we get pickup back to hotel in middle of night . Breakfast was really good as well. Highly recommended

"Not as good as we were expecting "

It is really a good hotel but not as good as we were expecting . Mr Asif or Arif was very humble and in restuarant staff, the services rendered by Mr. Rakesh was up to the mark . I think this hotel has only one negative aspect, that is the front Enterance gate and parking. We were expecting that this hotel would have the fascinating enterance and parking like Lemon Tree Gurgaon/Delhi but it's totally different from them

Had amazing stay. clean hotel, room service, house keeping is also good. I feel there is scope of improvement on complimentary transport facility. Since they have only one car, on weekend due to heavy rush, guest will have to either wait for long time to avail the facility or arrange on their own.

Perfect Short Stay

We were a group of 4 cousins travelling together to visit Vaishno Devi. We stayed at Lemon Tree Katra for 1 night during our short stay in Katra. The hotel served it's purpose very well. It was comfortable and clean. The location was great and the customer service was excellent.

Excellent

Cleanliness of rooms and quality of service were excellent. Front desk manager was helpful and guided us for temple visit. Quality of food was also good. Few staffs were also good in the restaurants.

GREAT FOOD BETTER THEN EATING AT JEWEL ..IN MARKET , ALSO THEY COOK FOOD VEGETARIAN WIT OR WITHOUT ONION/GARLIC AS PER REQUESTS OF YATRIS.. Nice property but worst food ever.

The property is nice. Hotel front desk staff is helpful & courteous. Rooms were nice but the food in the hotel is worst you will ever have any where in India.. The only thing they can make is maggi. On inquiring from the chef about whats available on the menu as we ordered around 3 in the afternoon, the answer was everything is available and best in class, we placed our order twice and we got a call back saying the dish is not available as we do not have the ingredients. Specifically told the chef that the arabiata pasta has to be spicy but was tasteless and without spices. The property is nice but the food served in the property made our trip worst ever.
