Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Blue Beard was fantastic overall. The house was very clean and well maintained, and the pool was definitely the highlight of our stay. It was amazing and well used by everyone. Unfortunately, the experience was let down by the lack of air conditioning in the two bedrooms. During our stay, temperatures reached the mid 40s and the rooms became unbearably hot at night, making it very difficult to sleep. This significantly affected our comfort during the stay. We truly enjoyed the property and would have happily booked again, however the heat in the bedrooms means we wouldn't be able to stay during warmer periods unless air conditioning is added."

"Perfect little get away.Didn’t have a can opener but we brought one and left it there for the next guest. Gas bottles ran out on Christmas Day but was easy to get replacements the next day "

The place itself is in such a relaxing out of the way location, gorgeous up cycled furniture, comfortable bed and has everything you need in terms on utensils, appliances, speaker, Weber bbq ect... Gorgeous sunsets off the balcony or from the bedroom window and brilliant natural light through the day! So stunning and obsessed can not wait to visit again!"

Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately, the property was not available at the 2pm check in, instead 3pm, however we were compensated by the agent.Initially there was no front door key provided only the rear patio door. A front door key was later provided the following day.Found the BBQs and certain pots in a extremely greasy state and reported those to the agent straight away to ensure we were not blamed for leaving them in uncleaned condition.There were other issues noted and we advised the agent that a full audit of the property be conducted by the agent and the property owner."
