"Confusion with the booking (that was arranged by staff) almost had to leave a day early. Staff on phones and slouching at the front desk... But a highlight was the breakfast quality... Wow."

"We took our vehicle to a car wash, very nearby. Other than that we were just travelling through - found the hotel to be perfect for our trip…good breakfast that opened early. Very pleased that the rate we were charged upon check out was even less than the booked price! "

"I booked the room because it said it had a pool. The pool was shut down and so was the hot tub, which was maybe a good thing considering how dirty the place was. The white chairs in the lobby were filthy. The bathtub had black mold in the corners, the rooms phone doesn’t look like it’s ever been wiped down, there was a strip of dirt along the wall that has been missed by the vacuum for at least 5 yrs and then there was a piece of broken glass behind the door. We stayed here with my toddler. I am not happy. "

"The breakfast was good. What you’d expect from hotel breakfast. The coffee was super good. The front desk staff were exceptional. I have never had better service at a hotel before "
