You will be staying at one of our lodges in a gated community. To grant you access to the gated community I will issue you an “amenities pass” on the day you are scheduled to arrive.

The Property Owners Assoc. Board of Directors of StoneBridge Village voted to enact a Nightly Rental Fee of:
$5 (Dollars) per vehicle, per night, to all nightly rental guests

The fee began on March 1st, 2023, and will be charged upon arrival at the Welcome Center. After showing the amenity pass and paying the fee, the customer will receive a vehicle hang tag for entry into the village.
