"I stay here often, every other month or so. This last visit I was met with a staff who was not interested in being helpful. Except for check in & the spa I was provided with zero customer service. Valet did not greet me and watched as I unloaded my bags and took them to my room. They did the same thing upon my departure. Watched me load my bags and then stood there waiting for a tip. You need an overhaul on bath towels, they are paper thin and yellow. Lastly the "VIP" lounge has zero snacks, coffee was disgusting & it was super messy. Hopefully Red Rock starts to do better, I love the location & spa."

"We had a fantastic stay in Kimberly and Brian's condo. It was the perfect location to be convenient to everything but far enough away from the strip to be quiet and calm.
