"Incredible room with washer/dryer which was a huge plus. Located 150 yards from the exceptional Vienna subway to get you anywhere quickly. Only drawback is it is a mile away from bars and restaurants so you have to take subway or Uber. Definitely not a central location. "

I stayed in the JR Suite and it is very ample, modern and clean. The customer service is great, the gym has everything you need, there is an indoor pool and sauna. The breakfast was very good and the bar at night was also lovely. Would definitely stay here again."

"We had an excellent stay at Citadenes. We were 4 people with 2 teens, usually hotels provide one room, but here we had two rooms attached which was so convenient and comfortable. Plenty of food options around. There is a mega mall right in front with lots of shopping and food options. Staff was very friendly, and coffee in the lobby was great. "
