This is a great hotel! It is a minute off the motorway, we stayed on our way down to Amalfi. Yes it is somewhat dated but it is clean and perfectly adequate for the price. Right next door is a fabulous restaurant. The parking facilities are good.

This property needs to be remodel. The restaurant closes sooner than advertise. During the night a lot of men (10-15) drinking at night having a good time, but it cause for me to feel unsafe.

Das Hotel ist sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Abgerissene Tapeten, defekte, verschmorrte Steckdose im Bad, Löcher in den Gardinen, kaputte Rolläden, W-Lan wenn man das Handy aus dem Bett in Richtung Flur hält. Altes Mobilar, beschädigt. Und scheinbar wird an den Notausgängen und den Fenstern geraucht, wie sonst erklärt sich Nikotingeruch im Hotelflur...?

Posizione comoda all'uscita dell'autostrada, a distanza decente da diverse zone turistiche (es Firenze e Arezzo). Prezzo basso per zona e periodo (volevamo andare ad Arezzo e tutto il resto costava almeno il doppio). Buona colazione con un po' di varietà ma niente di particolare (ci aspettavamo qualche salume locale invece c'era solo roba confezionata), abbondante nelle quantità. Abbiamo cenato nel ristorante interno, per sfortuna abbiamo beccato una serata dove c'è stato qualche imprevisto per cui c'era poca scelta di piatti, tutti però buonissimi e abbondanti e soprattutto, ci hanno permesso di "smezzare" il menu del giorno e pagare quindi molto poco la cena. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile e le stanze risultavano comunque abbastanza pulite. Le note dolenti riguardano specialmente le stanze, l'hotel avrebbe bisogno di una grossa ristrutturazione e le stanze di un grosso rinnovo. Moquette rovinata dal tempo, mobili "antichi" (il comodino ha ancora una specie di radio, ma non è "tenuta bene" da risultare un piacevole vintage, è tutto "semiabbandonato"), in stanza le uniche prese sono in bagno e all'ingresso. Quelle vicine alla scrivania sono occupate da tv e frigorifero, ad oggi l'assenza di una presa libera in scrivania e una affianco al letto rende tutto molto scomodo. Inoltre le stanze avevano scarso isolamento acustico per cui i rumori del corridoio e di altre stanze erano facilmente ascoltabili. Per fortuna nessun "vicino" rumoroso in orari notturni

La struttura è sporca, fatiscente e il bagno si presenta in condizioni pessime. Se fossimo arrivato prima avremmo cambiato albergo, purtroppo era troppo tardi. Lenzuola bucate e mobilia con buchi.

Hotellet bærer preg av behov for renovasjon..fremstår som relativt slitt. Frokosten var litt under pari etter vår smak. Vi spurte om resepsjonen kunne ringe etter taxi, men vi fikk telefonnummer for å ringe selv. Resturanten på hotellet var stengt,mens resturant ved siden av hotellet var super.

Hotel a mio avviso al limite dell agibilità. Siamo stati per 1 notte con una bambina di 3 anni. La struttura non è solamente obsoleta ( il che non è per forza una pecca ) ma risulta maltenuta e malcurata. La moquette nelle stanze sprigiona una immensa quantità di polvere e ci sono residui di difficile interpretazione ( basterebbe fare una pulizia con semplice aspirapolvere ). Nella mia camera in particolare il water perdeva acqua ed abbiamo dovuto mettere degli asciugamani a terra mentre le manopole dei rubinetti erano spaccate con rischio per bambini. Il tutto contornato da una strutturs malconcia. La colazione non abbiamo nemmeno osato provarla. Per lo meno le lenzuola erano pulite.Peccato per un hotel in ottima posizione e con tanto passaggio.
