"For the price, you really can't complain. There are a few issue's but to be expected in a place for this price. Staff very friendly and accomodating. Was a bit concerning to see a smoke alarm in the room with sharpie date of 2017.. Electrical outlets were old and worn to the point plugs were very loose and would make lights flicker if the cord was slightly bumped when trying to plu in a phone charger (which had a hard time staying plugged in). Old/loose electrical outlets like that ARE a potential hazard. Eug-Spfld FD are you not making inspections!! Linens were fresh and clean. Old electric baseboard heat takes awhile to heat up, but does put out plenty of it. Multiple pillows of different type on the bed. Hopefully you find at least one that is OK for you. (I did). Bed mattress is very firm, probably equivalent to about a 100 in sleep number setting. 3 stars may be a bit harsh for a rating. Given the fair price, I will stay again when travel dictates . "

"I had a heart attack and in the process a tv remote broke the window let me pay 2 days later to stay a 5th night then kicked me out for the window that happened 2 days prior from my heart attack that they called 911 for me just crazy id like a refund this is crazy "

"My fiancé was accused of being a prostitute while staying there as I was paying for her stay while she's visiting our daughter. So yet the review is horrible. They accused her of being a prostitute because they think she had too much foot traffic. And it was only her grandfather and her stepdad, showing up and a few the food order of being delivered to her.So, yes, I rate this as a horrible hotel, with a horrible people running that management"

"We had an event at the Bob Keefer sports complex. This duplex was an excellent location for this! I was able to run back and forth to the complex easily. It was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. As a busy parent the fantastic coffee selection was very much appreciated!"

"5-Star Stay, Highly Recommend!I had a wonderful stay at this home. It was very clean, fully stocked with all the essentials, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. There were free snacks, coffees and a variety of tea available. Samantha was incredibly responsive, and communication through the VRBO app was seamless and efficient.I especially appreciated having access to the washer and dryer, detergents were even provided (though i brought my own). That extra convenience made a big difference during my stay.The neighborhood felt very safe and quiet, yet it’s conveniently located within walking distance to McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center where I was doing my clinical rotation, and just a few blocks from dining options and Walgreens. There’s also a nearby park that’s perfect for walking or jogging, which was a great bonus since there’s no treadmill in the home.The backyard garden is absolutely charming, and the home’s decor creates such a warm and cheerful ambiance. I also appreciated having TVs in both the living room and bedroom. The bathroom was freshly painted, clean, and overall, you can truly tell the owner takes pride in maintaining this small but lovely home.Would definitely stay here again if needed. It definitely beats staying at questionable nearby motels/hotels. A five-star experience all around!"

"Everything was perfect! The host even had a Christmas tree and Christmas decorations up!! There was even a cozy little fire place. They literally thought of everything. The home was very clean and had everything you could need!! Wonderful stay. We hope to stay here each time we come back!! "

"I loved the living room and the big windows with the beautiful view of the garden. Would definitely stay here again. The hostess was very helpful! My daughter, son in law, and granddaughter went jogging almost every morning. They enjoyed the jogging trail, which was close by."

"Kitchen well stocked. Plenty of towels, beds comfortable. There was a very strong odor of cannabis at the entry to the unit which did not seem to dissipate over the weekend. Not sure if unit is near a dispensary or if neighbors downstairs were smoking. "
