We had a great stay here. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking a dinner at home, we very much enjoyed relaxing and playing card games on the patio, and the location is very easy for getting to the beach.

Even better than the pictures

The furnishing were all high quality. It was immaculately clean. Charming back yard and screened in porch. Tons of dishes and kitchen supplies.

Friends bday

We were in town for a friend’s birthday weekend and four couples stayed here and attended the festivities in Dewey and Rehoboth. It was great! The house is very nice and well appointed and super comfortable. There are many different areas to hang out including the sunroom, screened porch, and outdoor fire pit. The kitchen is brand new and also a great hangout spot. Four parking spaces and close to everything. We walked home from Dewey one night and another took a bicycle taxi and both were great. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something at the beach that’s affordable and cozy.

Surprise

When we checked in and entered the house we really didn’t know what we had rented for the week but, after going in the front door we were impressed and stayed impressed throughout our time there. Beautiful home with just about everything you would need to support your family while staying. Washer and dryer were a surprise as they weren’t listed online. We all loved our stay and when asked by my family, they know me, if I enjoyed my stay I stated that I wish I had booked 2 weeks! We’ll definitely consider this home for our next vacation! Thanks for making your home available to us.

June in Rehoboth

The neighborhood is lovely, it is two mile walk to the beach. The house is very nice with everything we needed. I would suggest the real estate listing update the list of amenities. The house does have a washer/dryer, a Keurig, and did have some starter products. I made 3 calls to inquire about those things and ReMax was correct 1 out of 3 times. I packed. Keurig and starter products unnecessarily. Overall, a lovely stay.

Family reunion

We stayed at Dodds addition for a holiday weekend family reunion and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Communication was clear, check in & out process was smooth and the house was clean. Great location with all the amenities for a comfortable beach trip! Would definitely stay again

Beautiful,Quiet stay

Our family very much enjoyed staying here. The location was perfect; easy walk to Poodle Beach with access to the boardwalk. Would have liked to have hand towels, at the very least, to dry hands. However; this was hardly worth mentioning since we enjoyed our stay so much.

Loved out stay!

The house was completely and newly renovated. The pictures don't lie, it really was immaculate on the inside. 10 min walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend.

Great multi family house for kids and adults

We loved this property! Great location- easy to beach, easy to liquor store, safe for kids to run around outside. The house was newly renovated and very clean. We will definitely rent there again!

Lovely home/location, terrible experience

House is in a perfect location and within bicycle riding distance (or walking) to everything. Home is also well appointed, updated and clean. Upon arrival at home, every single door on the property and found everything open in the main house, save for the door in the kitchen, presumably to the basement or sub floor area. The master bath closet was NOT locked and WAS NOT labeled in the book as off limits or as supposed to be locked. We brought all our own sheets and all our own bath and beach towels and kitchen towels but realized we had not brought paper towel or toilet paper. We used 1 roll of paper towel and I believe 2 rolls of toilet paper from that closet, but left replacements for them in the kitchen when we left. Upon arriving home, we were accused of breaking in to a supposedly inaccessible area (the master bathroom closet door was not locked) of the house and accessing the owners belongings without their permission. An additional charge of $200 was tacked on to wash sheets and towels. This was extremely disappointing to be accused of breaking into an off limits area and then charged exorbitantly to go along with the accusation. The door was not locked and nothing was labeled in the closet or the book as being off limits and the perishables that were used were replaced. Will not be using this RE/MAX group or the property again in the future.

Fantastic place

We could not have been happier with this property. This home is incredibly well stocked- they thought of everything. It is clean, comfortable and inviting with fun decorations. We especially appreciated the nice kitchen and screened in porch. The master suite bed is huge and comfy and all the bathrooms were updated and lovely. Great location for us too!

Home away from home

This was a wonderful home for our family vacation. It’s a short drive to Dewey Beach, shopping in Rehoboth and the boardwalk. Our kids loved Funland and the rides were just their speed. We’ve already talked about coming back next year!

wonderful house

The house was very comfortable for our family of 10 ( 7 adults and 1 toddler/2infants) It had 2 porches which gave everyone space and a great yard for the kids to run around in. It had a great fire pit which we thoroughly enjoyed. The kitchen was well appointed and they had hair dryers in the bathrooms. Overall it was a great beach feel in a quiet neighborhood. It was about a ten minute walk to the beach and 15 to Rehoboth. We rented bikes from Bobs which allowed us to see more of the area. The hosts were wonderful and helped with anything you needed. They had great recommendations. We would highly recommend this place for any family coming to Rehoboth.

Perfect house!

House was exactly what we need for our family of 6. Plenty of room for everyone to hang out alone if needed. There were so many personal touches and attention to detail. Everything was new and clean which was how we expected from the pictures and the listing. I will absolutely book again next year.
