THINGS TO KNOW: This home rents all year! The turnover day is from Saturday to Saturday during the prime summer months. The pool can be heated in the off-season for a fee. Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental program to guests. No pets and no smoking. The basement was constructed to be habitable and used for occupancy with egress windows and standard 2022 safety features. However, guests should understand that the City of Rehoboth does not allow basement occupancy. Please note that the VRBO service fee is charged separately by VRBO and is not imposed by the Host. As a result, your credit card will reflect two separate charges: one from VRBO for the service fee and one from the Host for the rental charges. The VRBO service fee will not appear on the Rental Agreement.
