Situated on Coastal Highway, this two bedroom two bathroom condo is located less than 1.8 miles to downtown Rehoboth Beach and only 3 miles to Lewes Beach. ADDITIONAL RULES:

No smoking. $800 fee if the no smoking rule isn’t followed. No parties. $500 fee if a gathering of more than who is a registered guest occurs on the property. No guests that aren’t registered are permitted in the property. Quiet hours are from 9:45 pm- 9:30 am. Any damage that isn’t reported is subject to an additional $50 fee per damaged item, in addition to the cost of repairing or replacing the damaged item or items.
