"Simply put, this is a fantastic hotel at the price I paid for a night - £81, I have paid more for a night at a premier inn! The rooms are designed well, loads of mirrors which I actually really liked haha. The only shortfall was that the lady at the spa reception was very rude to us. When we arrived she said it was busy, and I told her that it was okay as we expected it would be. She then kept repeating herself trying to shoo us off, I had to keep repeating that I am okay with it being busy and that I would to use the facilities anyway. She then gave us forms and when I made two entries for myself and my partner she got annoyed, started sighing at me and"

"This used to be my favorite hotel in London. This trip, the hotel was just not as well maintained. In addition, one of the three elevators was broken, making it challenging to get to rooms and also to check out. The location nd staff re fabulous. The hotel just needs a little love and attention."

"Definitely the nicest Hotel in Blackpool, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. They have a very good buffet style breakfast with coffee and tea service. If coming to Blackpool, this is where you should stay."
