"Good location close to beach & amenities Nice beach house had verything you needed within the property to go self catering if needed, being picky would benefit from small airfryerWe were lucky with the weather, went to beach everyday,nice touch having outside tap to clean sand of shoesLocal pub getsverybusy, definitely need to book, we ventured into Filey, found a fabulous Italian la gondola and Indian curry house was very goodGrandson loved it,would definitely book again "

It is really well maintained and everything is high quality e.g. beds, appliances, tv etc. Love the large decking at the back and the spacious seating at the front. The accommodation was immaculate. A fabulous house and two beach houses that accommodated us all. Wonderful space outside for us to eat and for the children to play. Everything was spotless. Checkout was faultless. A wonderful trip made so easy by the professionalism and support of the AB team. Thanks again. We will be back."
