Welcome to one of Lys'Appart's accommodations!

A stone's throw from the Cathedral, very pleasant Type 3 in the heart of the city center. … 🌹a great experience awaits you!

Located set back in a private residential passage, overlooking a very quiet street, with one-way traffic.

In a building without a lift, it is located on the 1st of the 3 floors, so you will not be in the attic.

It does not meet the optimal conditions to accommodate people with disabilities or reduced mobility.

The accommodation includes 2 bedrooms with dressing room, living room dining room, a fully equipped American kitchen (ceramic hob, microwave, freezer, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric oven, toaster, traditional filter coffee maker, new electric kettle ...), a bathroom with large shower, washing machine.

There are 7 beds in beds, 2 beds in sofa beds:
- 2 double beds (including a king-size bed)
- 3 single beds
- 1 double sofa bed....or 9 places.

On request when booking, I have a playpen and a high chair for babies. Don't forget to bring the bed linen your baby is used to 😉

White sheets, pillows, duvets and a bath towel per traveler are provided.
In order to save you this task, and for your comfort, the beds will be made upon your arrival! 👍

The windows are double glazed with curtains and shutters.
The general thermostat can now be adjusted directly by travelers.

You are less than a minute's walk from all the activities in the city center. Public transport is 30 seconds from the apartment and will take you across the city.

Ideal apartment for couples, business travelers, families (with or without children) and large groups.

You have internet, HD digital TV by optical fiber > 100MB. The television is wall-mounted and is 48 inches or 121cm.

You will be in a very quiet residential area, quiet that travelers must also respect out of respect for the neighborhood.

Perfect location

This was a perfect location to stay if you want to see the Cathedral! Shops and restaurants were all within walking distance. The host was superb. The accommodations were excellent!

Enjoy Reims

An overnight stay turned into some sightseeing. This was very close to great food and sights with an amazing and friendly host. We will stay here again if in Reims.

Excellent place. Plenty living room and kitchen space. Bedrooms are nice size. No complaints. Location is off the road as it’s in a small area but really it’s 2 minutes to get to a main road

The flat was very nice, will equipped with kitchen, bath and laundry (washer and drying rack) facilities. Nadange was very easy to work with and accommodating. The second bedroom was set up with two bunks, full on the bottom and twin on the time so it would be family friendly if needed. Good location, many opportunities for shopping and dining nearby. A very pleasant stay

Very pleasant stay

Mme Nadange gave us a warm welcome at the appartment. The apartment was clean and well cared for, located very near the beautiful cathedral. We enjoyed our stay very much and visited the Christmas market and strolling around. Absolutely worthwhile!

Pleasant stay

Nadange is the perfect hostess. Super attentive and great at communicating. The apartment was spotless and right in the middle of Reims. Perfect location! The only problem were the neighbors. I don't know if they were moving because they made a lot of noise. Aside from that, everything was perfect.

Loved it

Love the fresh updated decor. Right across the street from bakery so breakfast was easy all week. Short walk from train station. Nadange was a fantastic host and we would love to stay there again in the future.

The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable, and the kitchen had all the appliances you could need. Nadange was a great host and an excellent communicator. She was there to greet us and familiarise us with the apartment. The only thing to be aware of is the construction going on in the street outside the building.

Wonderful!

Do not hesitate to book this apartment. The accommodations were lovely -spacious and clean. And very, very convenient to all that Reims has to offer. Centrally located to the town Square and Cathedral. And less than 10 minute walk to the train station. Will be coming back again!
