This place exceeded all of our expectations and wildest dreams. Everything was perfect - from the well appointed room and kind staff, to the most delicious food at dinner and breakfast. Lovely Chateau in one breath: Great Location Amazing Staff Fantastic Food The other breath: Toilet Flush not working (it was mended in the morning but left trying to fill all night, noisy and an “polite” guests not useable) and no apologies on check out. Water in a decanter in the room a nice touch , but warm, had a feeling it had been there a few hours!

Spectacular stay

Beautiful hotel well worth it. Service was very good, even charging our hybrid rental for us without asking and providing water and umbrellas for our day trips. We ate at both restaurants, both were excellent. Not an overload of food or courses like some other Michelin star restaurants in the area. Breakfast was simple but good (if a little pricey). Convenient to Pommery and Veuve (walking distance) and downtown Reims (a short drive). Highly recommended.

Wonderful treat

Love this place. Bed and pillows so inviting. Charming, clean, comfortable and able to bring my dog to the restaurant was an added plus. The grounds were wonderful for walking my dog off the leash. Highly recommend

Milestone birthday celebration at Les Crayeres

Amazing stay at Les Crayeres. Very welcoming staff on arrival and throughout our stay. Our room in the chateau was clean and extremely comfortable. Dinner at Le Parc , the 2 Michelin star restaurant on the property was truly an innovative and exceptional experience . Restaurant staff were very professional and accomodating. Overall a memorable stay to celebrate a milestone birthday.

Les Crayeres is exceptional. From the professional staff to the Michelin restaurant to the beautifully furnished room, we were comfortable all of the time. English speaking friendly staff. Walkable to Veuve Cliquot and Pommery, two of the oldest woman-owned businesses in the world.

Les Crayeres is a beautiful property. Elegant and luxurious without being too stuffy. The entire team is very friendly, attentive and accommodating. The concierge team were very responsive and were able to book most of our requests. It isn’t inexpensive; you get what you pay for. We are at Le Jardin and had a lovely meal. We at at Le Parc which was a different story. I’ll message the restaurant to explain in more detail but we were less than pleased. It was the one hiccup in an otherwise wonderful stay.
