My husband and I stayed at this wonderful property during our 3-night trip to Reims in October 2026. It is a fabulous location for walking in the main areas of Reims, and was surprisingly quiet at night given how central it was. It was such a gorgeous classic apartment (so much light, large windows to open onto the street, historic charm) and we were very satisfied with the newly renovated kitchen and bathroom spaces. As parents, we also appreciated the multiple furnished bedrooms and amenities for kids even though we didn't bring our toddler (this time!) - but would be a great spot for families with small kids. As is expected in a French apartment, you need to be able to navigate a few flights of stairs.

Poorly maintained, and really bad communication. Laundry machine is broken. The freezer was literally frozen shut. Two fans didn’t work. One window wouldn’t open (because the curtain rod above it is damaged). When I called the help line, they had an “AI” operator—but it was worse than a really bad human operator. When I finally got to a human, he said, “I don’t speak English” (in English) and hung up on me—even though the apartment is marketed in English and on the call I had chosen the option of speaking with them in English. I called back, and the next operator said he would message me in WhatsApp, but never did. I would not stay here again.
