  • Newly furnished 1/1 half-duplex in midtown!

    Walking distance to restaurants, breweries and entertainment. Complete with full kitchen. This unit comes with a one car driveway, with off-street parking as well, in a safe area.

    The property does have a security recording device facing the front door/ front yard.

    As we strive for a peaceful community, remember that this unit is a duplex with a shared wall, so let`s be mindful of quiet hours and noise levels, fostering an atmosphere where each unit can flourish with kindness and consideration. Thank you!

    Guest has access to offstreet parking and entire side of the duplex

This was a quiet, comfortable place!Clean and in a good neighborhood...only blocks from our Son's home!The bed was very comfortable!Using the TV was a bit confusing, but we don't watch much TV.
