"Our stay was generally excellent. This is very much a place to come if you have kids, and want the pure resort experience. Would not recommend as romantic couples getaway—go get a bnb in the jungle or beach!
The Hilton Bali resort is in the very resort-y part of Bali, Nusa Dua. That said, there are more “daily life” streets and areas than I initially thought that are only a short Grab drive away!
The highlights of our stay were: helpful staff, great food (massive and impressive breakfast! Get there early), wonderful amenities (pool, tennis and beach), awesome breeze, great spa, incredibly helpful with arranging nanny and tours!
Some minor details for improvement: long wait time for check-in, mold on inside of closet doors (which we only discovered because the doors fell off)."
