"The staff was wonderful. The spa is only open from 4-8pm, so keep that in mind if it’s important to you. The room was great, but it had so much digital light that it never got dark enough to ensure sleep."

"Absolutely beautiful hotel in an excellent location. This was part of a larger trip; so glad we decided to stay here. The customer service was very helpful; arranging several of our outings. As a guest you’re offered a discounted rate to many activities. We chose to have breakfast included and so glad we did. There were many local foods with loads of variety - from sweet treats to healthy options. The spa! What a wonderful place to unwind after a day of adventure. Thank you !!"

"5 star buffet breakfast. Use of a nearby pool and sauna after a tired day of hiking. Andrea was so helpful with bus directions and told us to use the Val Gardena Guest Pass for free regional buses and trains in the region. But best of all the hotel is right in the middle of the Ortisei village/plaza with the main bus station only 50 m away. Restaurants are everywhere and both the Seceda and Alpi di Siusi cable cars are within 5 and 10 min walk. The location is the best in the Val Gardena and Ortisei area."

"Terrific location within walking distance of restaurants and the gondola. The buffet breakfast was very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy with underground parking available in the building. Room was not air conditioned and felt quite warm and stuffy during the night. The room was smaller than expected. The limited fitness room equipment looked nice but I was really looking for a foam roller to work out the muscles after a very long hike and they didn’t have anything like that."

"Hotel was in a convenient location, and recently renovated. Our only issues were the lack of a mini fridge and no A/C unit, for the latter, they expect you to leave your balcony door open, which also means you’re subject to the balcony light and defeats the purpose of the black out curtains."

"Very nice hotel and breakfast was amazing on the 4 days we were there. Only thing I don’t like is too many children in pool area when we were there, it will be nice to restrict certain time that is 18+. Pool temperature is very warm so if you are a lane swimmer, you will not like it."
